How we work

From a recurring problem to a supported workflow.

  1. Pre-flight: Free consultation

    Understand the work

Walk through the current process with the people doing it. Identify the problem, the exceptions, and what improvement should mean.

  2. Mission plan: Workflow & AI Blueprint

    Design the solution

Define the workflow, system access, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria in a paid Workflow & AI Blueprint.

  3. Launch: Build & train

    Build and introduce it

Configure and develop the solution, test the agreed scenarios, and train the people who will use it.

  4. Orbit: Support & improve

    Support and improve

Review usage and results, address issues, and refine the workflow within an agreed support arrangement.

  1. Begin with a free conversation.

In a 20-minute introductory consultation, we discuss the workflow, the people involved, and the problem you want to solve. It is a chance to decide whether a deeper engagement is worthwhile.

  2. Build a practical blueprint.

The paid Workflow & AI Blueprint documents the current process, the proposed workflow, system dependencies, review responsibilities, and measures of success. It gives you a defined basis for an implementation proposal.

The Blueprint includes: a map of the current workflow; a baseline of how it performs today; the systems and access involved; where patient information flows and who reviews what; integration options and their limits; the human approval points; and the acceptance tests the build must pass.

  3. Implement a bounded first project.

We agree on deliverables, access requirements, milestones, testing, training, and acceptance criteria. Start with a manageable workflow, learn from actual use, and expand when the evidence supports it.

  4. Decide how it will be operated.

Ongoing support can cover monitoring, issue triage, configuration changes, and regular outcome reviews. Service hours, responsibilities, usage charges, and change requests are specified in the engagement.

  5. Understand the investment.

Discovery, implementation, and ongoing operation are scoped separately. Pricing depends on workflow complexity, integrations, user needs, and support requirements. You receive an agreed scope before implementation begins.
